The Service provides reminders for Famous Fox Federation (FFF) missions via push notifications, Twitter messages, Discord DM, and email. The Service relies on data from the Solana blockchain.

3. Subscription and Payments

• 3.1. Subscriptions to the Service are non-refundable.
• 3.2. We reserve the right to extend a subscription at our sole discretion.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

• 4.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• 4.2. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• 4.3. We do not guarantee the delivery of reminders, as factors beyond our control may affect the delivery of notifications through various channels.

5. Limitation of Liability

• 5.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• 5.2. We shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from missed reminders or missions due to failure in reminder delivery.

6. User Responsibilities

• 6.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• 6.2. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TradeUp Ventures and its licensors.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• 10.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• 10.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

11. Texas and Austin-Specific Provisions

• 11.1. Virtual Currency: As per Texas Finance Code Chapter 151, we do not guarantee the value of any virtual currency or digital assets associated with the Famous Fox Federation or Solana blockchain. Users are responsible for understanding the risks associated with virtual currencies and blockchain technology.
• 11.2. Consumer Protection: These Terms do not waive any consumer protection rights provided under Texas law or City of Austin ordinances.
• 11.3. Deceptive Trade Practices: Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or waive any rights or remedies provided under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act.
• 11.4. Local Regulations: Users agree to comply with all applicable City of Austin regulations, including any relevant to digital services or blockchain-based activities.
• 11.5. Data Protection: We comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the Texas Identity Theft Enforcement and Protection Act and any relevant City of Austin data protection ordinances.
